Look, I'm the Easter Bunny

The wheels on the bus.....

I had this bright idea that Madelyn would enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt in the park at Frisco. The first one had been snowed out, so the make up event was held at a smaller park. It was a mad house! They did have the fields arranged by age group, but there were so many people there, that when it was time for the egg hunt, it literally lasted for only two minutes before the 65, 000 eggs that had strewn about the field were all picked up. It happened so quick that I didn't have time to follow Madelyn through the crowd and get pictures of the egg pick up, which she only manged to get two eggs. Luckily, they had a bag of eggs for little ones who didn't get much in the hunt. The two eggs she picked up made her today and we had just had fun playing in the park afterwards and got to meet new friends. The unexpected highlight of the morning was that Madelyn got to ride on a school bus for the first time (the shuttle to the parking lot) and so thrilled that she sang every verse of the wheels on the bus at least ten times each, there and back!
